I've called this set Branch Line, as I'm a keen model rail enthusiast and because I am aware since our last branch and line challenge we have had several new members. At least 4 years have elapsed since we explored branching and line work, the programs have improved unfortunately my hands haven't so my digitising is considerably slower. I know the videos are long, the pauses even longer, but I do urge all of you to risk numb posteriors and view them. One thing becomes very clear, the differences between the three programs I use are practically zero especially now Janome users can specify no variable stitch length. For those who want quilting patterns that is a fantastic bonus and one I repeatedly asked for.  Branching was another wonderful bonus but does require an understanding of  how a program functions so I've tried to explain and demonstrate that.
You are not being asked to create a redwork or quilting motif, I used those as examples to demonstrate single line designs and branching. I will upload the challenge brief to the challenge folder in the files area in a few days.
