As I am one of those people whose mood is effected by the weather, I'm happy to say here in England we are having a beautiful July day, warm air, bright sunshine, and a few small fluffy white clouds, so my mood is one of quiet contentment, helped along by the fact that I'm enjoying fresh strawberries with a large dallop of clotted cream, a lovely summer treat.

Now to the videos, I have to say I was a tiny bit dissapointed by the  small number of  entries,  I rely on the challenges to focus on areas that need addressing,  both on my part and members. I can't physically be present with each of you, not without shipping you all over here, but as I only have a small home and limited workroom space, I have to rely on members submitting  Challenge entries instead. I used to give extra help offlist to individuals, but had to discontinue doing that mainly because it ate up so much of my time, and as I do have a life that doesnt revolve solely around digitising, decided that had to stop. So in short, the challenges are the only way I have of discovering where I need to focus help. The Challenges aren't to  showcase exemplary designs, they are meant to stretch  you, move you beyond your comfort zones,  really get to grips with your software and your own creative process.

Download and watch the review videos, hopefully seeing other members submissions will offer insights you can use for your own digitising
